The difference with the Knicks is that they don't play defense. Last year they gave up 103.5 points per game, and don't seem to be doing any better this year. Look for the Hawks to win a close shootout.

The Knicks could have Nate Robinson and Jared Jeffries back tonight. Nate Robinson is a speedy little guy that scores at will, and could give the Hawks defenders some trouble. With Robinson, Al Harrington (remember that guy?), David Lee, and Chris Duhon, the Knicks have a formidable lineup that can definitely score some points.
Meanwhile, the Hawks will be welcoming back a fully healed Josh Smith that should be able to play a whole game. His presence in the lineup speaks for itself.

okay checking in to say i'm impressed with the blog u guys/girls created... but not so impressed with mike woodson... no i'm not saying "fire woody" i'm just saying that somehow he tries to fool himself and say stuff like if we keep it under 100 the hawks would win... RIGHT!!!! he needs to go back and actually check the scores for the games we've won or almost won (boston gardens)and see what the scores were... we ain't no defensive team we're an offensive team. thats why when we're off on offense we lose.. we have to very good (starters) defenders in joe and smoove and thats about it... flip, mario and solo off the bench are good too... but yeah thats it...
as for the game tonite, we are so winning that... and i like jake's scoreline better... ya'lls was too close.. we gotta make statements with games like this... am i getting too far up my own @$$? i am ain't i? ok but thats how i feel... so i say hawks: 115 knicks: 98
and it was nice ho wu used the knickerbockers thing especially the "bunch of black guys and david lee" part...
and am i the only one that thinks its pathetic what the knicks are doing trading down to get cap space is just downright irritatingly, shameless? and is being condoned by everyone way too easily too?
